We offer Remote Online Notary services. We can notarize your documents online while you remain in the comfort of your home or office! We also offer additional options for our Notary Services that include mobile, in-house (your business location) or at our local office.

Remote Online Notary
As a licensed Remote Online Notary (RON) for the State of Florida, we can notarize your documents via our digital platform and you never have to leave the comfort of your home or office. Contact us today for your notarial needs. (some restrictions do apply per law).
Mobile Notary
We meet you at a convenient location to notarize your documents. Additional travel fees may apply based on location.
In-House
We can be contracted to work in your business for a set time. This option works well for Title Companies and Law Firms that need additional assistance to cover overflow business.

Services Area
We service the Central Florida area, but can go outside of our service area for Mobile or In-House Notary Services with an additional fee for travel or circumstances based on location request.
Remote Online Notary service is available anywhere in states where allowed by law.
Before Scheduling
Florida Notary Public laws require notaries to take special precautions before notarizing documents.
The document or form requiring notarization must be completely filled out.
We do not provide forms, draw up documents or help you w/ filling out the document.
All signer(s) must be present at the time of the appointment.
All signer(s) must provide an original photo I.D and be non-expired.
The signer(s) must be sound mind, alert, and mentally competent.
The signer must want to sign the document being notarized.
The Notary Public must refuse notarization if:
The signer is not physically or remotely present at the time of appointment,
The document is incomplete or blank
The signer has been adjudicated mentally incapacitated and has not been restored to capacity as a matter of record;
The signer cannot produce acceptable identification; and/or the signer cannot produce “Two Credible Witnesses,” to identify the signer;
The signer appears to be drunk, sedated, or disoriented
The notary knows or suspects that the transaction is illegal, false, or deceptive.
The signer does not speak English and there is no one available to translate the document into a language the signer understands.
The notary believes that the signer is being coerced or does not understand the consequences of signing the document.
The signer or witnesses do not agree to signing the document.
